CANCELLATION POLICY
Preferred Changes: Kindly notify us at least 7 days prior to your appointment if any changes are needed. Cancellation within 72 Hours: If you cancel after the 72 hour window of your appointment, a 50% charge of the service will be applied. No Show or Same-Day Cancellation: For cancellations or no-shows on the day of the appointment, the full price of the service will be charged. Service Modifications: Any decisions made on the day, such as canceling a colour or part of the service, still incur charges as our time has been allocated. We extend our sincere gratitude to those who already comply with our policy, and we thank you in advance for respecting our time and the services we offer.
